Agreement to Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Trading Services

iTrader FX provides access to global financial markets including stocks, options, futures, bonds, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies. All trades are executed subject to market conditions and availability.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that our platforms will be available at all times. We are not liable for any losses resulting from system downtime or technical issues beyond our control.

Fees and Charges

Trading with iTrader FX involves various fees including transaction fees, platform fees, and other charges as outlined in our fee schedule. All fees are clearly disclosed before you execute any transaction.

You authorize us to deduct applicable fees from your account balance. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with advance notice to clients.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You may fund your account using approved payment methods. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering checks. Withdrawal requests are processed according to our standard procedures and timelines.

We reserve the right to reject or delay any deposit or withdrawal that we believe may be fraudulent or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on iTrader FX platforms are owned by or licensed to iTrader FX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

iTrader FX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives termination of your account or these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any outstanding obligations will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
